Camping: Jellystone

We wrapped up our first camping season with meeting the Caldwells at Jellystone. They do Halloween every weekend in October, so we came prepared with 600 pieces of candy to giveaway! We had a nice spot near the Caldwells and were thankful no one had the spot next to us, or we'd share a power pole and be 5 feet apart! It was definitely fall weather with lows in the high 40s, warming up to the mid-60s. The kids had a great time being near the playground, bouncy pillow, arcade, and putt putt.

Willow enjoys playing with the fire just as much as her dad!

You surround them with nature but they can't resist the screens!

Hannah helped decorate our camper:

We couldn't resist trying the funnel fries!

It felt like fall but looked like fall too!

Our newest addition:

There were a couple golf cart parades that went by. The campground is so big that many people used them to get around. We were near everything and used our "healthy legs" ;)

Some of them even threw candy!

The girls were busy decorating the Caldwells camper!

Don't be deceived by the hill! Willow is NOT the tallest of us! (for now...)

We trick-or-treated for 2 hours!! The campers were packed in tight and most everyone had to pass out or set out. It was fun to see how many decorations some people had for their site! The kids definitely racked up on candy!

This one started moving when you got close!

We took a short break after an hour to give our legs a rest and get some sugar power back :)

Some people gave out full-sized candy bars! It was insane!

We had to create an overflow bag when we got home!

We had a great time and already have our spot reserved for next October!

After waiting 9 months, our carport is set up and the camper is off the street, tucked away for the winter!
