Sunflower Yoga

Willow is always willing to join me in whatever I ask her! She joined me for sunflower yoga for the 2nd year and I'm so grateful! It's always so beautiful and is always great to be outside in the fresh fall air!

Sunflower Yoga

Willow joined me for Sunflower Yoga this year. Last year she ended up having a soccer game so I asked a friend. It was perfect weather and this year the obnoxious flying contraptions didn't show up until we were practically done (last year they flew around the whole session, making it hard to hear and not as relaxing).
The flowers are more peaceful without this sound:

Here's a picture that the company posted. I spotted Willow and me taking in the views!

Family Pictures: Sunflower Edition

We enjoyed having Tara Lilly take family pictures for us again. This time we were able to have private hours at the sunflower patch so it was our own little "festival!"

The kids were pretty slap-happy by the end! Willow tried to corral them together!

Sunflower Festival

We enjoyed a visit to the Sunflower Festival this year. I'd taken the kids a couple years ago. This year there hasn't been as much rain, so they advertised that the sunflowers weren't as tall or as big as in the past. The other time we went they were giving everyone a sunflower for free...not this year though. They were still beautiful though and the kids got to have their first fried Oreo, so they'd call it a success.

Owen was dying to "pick" his own design into a sunflower since so many other people had.

Happy clouds!!

Rows upon rows of sunflowers!

Sunflower Festival

We enjoyed a local sunflower festival for the first time this year. It was really beautiful!! I'm not sure the kids truly recognized it's beauty, but they did oblige for their mother's multiple photo requests =)

They were HUGE!

(Owen was "done" with pictures at this point...haha)
