I was grateful to be able to spend time with my mom and Patti this Mother's Day. What a blessing to have them both nearby!

Mother's Day and Strawberry picking

We enjoyed a nice Mother's Day with church, lunch with Patti, and dinner with the rest of the family. We enjoyed some pool time in the afternoon as well!

 We enjoyed our annual strawberry picking! The picking was great and we topped the morning off with a sweet treat from their shop. Unfortunately they weren't making their AMAZING strawberry sundaes. Maybe next year!

Mother's Day

We had a great Mother's Day! Willow and I were in the nursery at church so no official picture with mom that day, but we enjoyed lunch with Tom and Patti, then dinner with the rest of the family. It was a great day!

Mother's Day

I had a great Mother's Day! Chris made a special breakfast and had the kids each pick out a flower and plant it on their own. We also checked out a new ice cream sandwich shop downtown and were not disappointed!

Mother's Day

Mother's Day was a bit different this year due to the Corona virus on top of all the emotions involved with grieving the loss of a pet. I spent the first half of the day being an emotional wreck to the point that Chris took the kids on a car ride on the Parkway to give me space to grieve. We had a good afternoon at home, though, and I have enjoyed our ferns on the porch as well as the fresh flowers and sweet cards from the kids. I feel blessed to be their mother!

We had a great Mother's Day! The kids made me sweet cards and we enjoyed the afternoon together. We topped it off with Chipotle for dinner!! This mama is so blessed!!

It's hard to believe I've been a mother for a decade!!! You'd think I'd be better at it by now ;)

Mother's Day

We had a great Mother's Day! The kids spoiled me with sweet cards and flowers as well as a special breakfast. After church we headed to lunch then to spend time with family at Nana and Grandpa's house. The kids enjoyed dipping strawberries and making cookie flower bouquets while Kim and I stole some "sister time" in "timeout" in Nana and Grandpa's room. We had a great cookout and enjoyed hearing all the kids laughing and playing together!
