After having a successful experience tent camping in the backyard, we'd decided to try a fun campground in the fall when the heat died down. We went last weekend to a fun Yogi Bear campground with LOTs of entertainment for kids to help it be a positive experience, and it was! The kids did great and even made fast friends with the 4 and 6 year old kids at the tent site next to us. It was a match made in heaven - all of them liked to color and the boys both love Star Wars plus the mom is a former school teacher! They got along great and we wish we had more time with them!
