We went with the Caldwells to a Radford basketball game. It wasn't quite the same energy at the VT games but it was fun, the kids got on the jumbo screen, and we caught a free shirt!!
Owen's first Science Fair project was about how the color of a cup effects the water temperature. Willow did her project at her partner's house and she didn't take any pictures. It was making an infinity mirror.
Willow's youth group went to a Rend Collective concert. She had a great time!
Willow went to the Blessed Girl conference. She didn't know anyone going but got together with some girls she didn't know very well from church, then had a great evening!
Poor Tilly ended up with some abscesses on her backside. Sweet girl had to get shaved to make sure they got cleaned well.
We love playing games and just added quite a few versions of Uno to our collection. In this Dare version, Willow had to blow only the top card off the stack. She struggled with it then we all laughed when Owen did it on the first try.
The PE teacher at my school runs an aid station at the main half/full marathon in town. She was looking for some helpers and Willow and I were happy to cheer the runners on. Willow took the job of chalking messages on the hill VERY seriously! She walked down 600 feet to start writing cheerful messages.
