Owen: 15 months

Very late post this time, but here are Owen's latest tricks:

- Fielding a ball rolled to him (squatting as it comes)
- Grabbing fingers to lead you somewhere (pulling up/down, or to come)
- Using a sing-song voice while he babbles or "reads"
- Sporadically saying "ball" and "go"
- Using the sign for "more" and "all done" (HOORAY!!!)
- Sleeping through the night (HOORAY!!!)
- Our nighttime routine is now reading books, singing a song, laying him in bed, and walking away (HUGE step for us!!)
- Still consistently taking a morning and afternoon nap daily (60-90 minutes each)
- Using a fork/spoon by himself with relatively good accuracy
- Putting things INTO containers (HOORAY!!!)
- Greater interest in books, though still very opinionated. If he's not interested in a particular book, it goes something like this: I'll often take one off the shelf, read the title, turn to the first page, then he slams it shut and pushes it away. He's a very fast page-turner so I only get in the first line of each page on "The Very Quiet Cricket" and this is the version of "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" that I get it with his page turning: "There was an egg on a leaf. A caterpillar came out, ate lots of fruit, lots of sugary things and felt sick, ate a leaf, was big, spun a chrysallis (talking super-fast here as I'm usually "behind" at this point), and was a butterfly!"
