Our neighborhood has reached the "it's time to have your roof replaced" age. We've had it on "the list" for a bit and were able to have a great company come in to replace it for us. They did a great job!

Another summer project was to repaint our front railing. It'd gotten rather (ahem) nasty looking. Washing with soap and water did more than I expected, then we had the kids help us repaint it.
