We continue to be smitten with the kittens these days. They keep us laughing and saying "awe" at their cuteness! Both kiddos have done a great job getting comfortable holding them and playing with them. The first thing they both do when they leave their room in the mornings is to come in our room and see the kittens. Willow is responsible for their food and Owen is responsible for their water!
They both enjoy hanging out in Willow's room. Owen usually has his door closed because of all the Legos on his floor.
They've both been sweet in cleaning each other. It's funny when Whiskers gets choked up on her own fur after cleaning Tilly's short fur.
Here's some classic tail-chasing, pouncing fun on their tower.
Whiskers likes to "cuddle" by laying across my stomach (haha)
Both kittens are ok being covered by this box and playing through the two thumb holes. Check them out here and here.
My! What a long arm you have Whiskers!!
The kittens are more comfortable downstairs now and have become more playful downstairs too!
They've enjoyed a few naps on the dining room chairs.
They can also jump onto the windowseat by themselves and will frequently nap there too!
Whiskers has shown a lot of interest in going outside, so we've gone on multiple 5-minute outtings to the backyard with her (maybe 10 times). Tilly has been out less, maybe 4 times. So far they've both just stayed on the patio and not wandered onto the grass or beyond.
I took this napping picture thinking they couldn't get any cuter, then took the next two and was proven wrong.
Whiskers remains part dog in how she carries toys in her mouth. She found a Nerf dart downstairs and carried it upstairs to play with!
They haven't jumped up to this cat bed on their own yet but both have enjoyed the view.
We succeed in getting Owen AND the kittens tired when he plays this chasing game with them (here and here).
Can you spot 3 kids in this picture? Whiskers is supervising them for us (or checking out which plant tastes the best).
You know you're comfortable when you can sleep belly-up like this!!
Where's Tilly?
Could they get any cuter?????
